Needed a manual for an X-Trail 2002 &, living in Greece, had very few options to get one quickly & in English. Found Workshopmanuals & read a number of reviews, a lot being very negative, so set up a one time payment card & continued with purchase - all I could lose was less than £10!!! Glad I went ahead as the product was great & was invaluable in helping me find the origin of my car's problem. My only remaining comment is that technology manufacturers have a great deal to answer for. Most negative reviews on here have been about not being able to use the product. It is a product which requires the user to be a bit "tech savvy" or, in simple terms, IT DOESN'T HOLD YOUR HAND & JUST LET YOU PRESS BUTTONS, but it is pretty easy to work out what to do. If you cannot work out how to use these manuals without a lot of hand-holding, don't open up your problem device & try to repair it yourself.

I paid for Benz WIS 2025 and the download link kept cutting off at 85% download. I tried contacting customer care on all channels and they did not respond to any request for assistance. This is my first time and the impression is bad. This now seem like a big scam. I will never recommend their site to anyone and public should be very careful with them. I wish to make an Update. My emails were all responded to by David (I believe service center). He provided an alternate download link. He guided me through the download. I am now pleased with the response given and assistance from David. Thanks. Update 2 Workshopmanuals.org now has my highest recommendation. Not only is their response time fast but also made sure I got exactly the manuals I needed.
