Denied Employment Because of an Assessment Test
I applied for one of their customer service positions because I was looking for a second job with flexible hours, since I already work full time, but I was denied based on their assessment test, which asked irrelevant questions, such as whether or not I thought that going to an art museum was fun. I have years of customer service experience, supporting customers by phone and through chat, email, and SMS and it's a shame that qualified people are denied a chance to work and make a living because of an assessment test, despite their actual work experience and qualifications. Choose people based on their resumes and qualifications and not some arbitrary assessment test!

We completely understand your frustration. Our goal is to ensure that we're able to offer our clients top notch customer service. The assessment is a tool to help us ensure that we deliver on our promise of world class CX. Changing this score threshold meant that a small number of individuals who previously passed the assessment were not longer qualified to work with us. We apologize for the frustration.
