Sho is awesome! He helped breakdown the hiring process and explained each step carefully. He was always encouraging and ready to help if we had questions or clarifications. I would recommend him to those who are new and lost in the job hunting process.

Sho is so down to earth. Doing this program really changed my life. I was struggling to find a new job, and I got to a point where I was undervaluing myself. As soon as I started workhap I found myself landing more interviews getting more phone calls. When you really think about it a program like this, that helps you land a new job, a good salary is way more than worth the investment. With the tips I learned from this program I was able to negotiate an additional 15,000 on top of what I was offered. The skills you learn in this program are skills that you carry with yourself forever. I can’t describe the security feel when you’re no longer afraid of job searching and applying because you feel ready and confident in your ability to find something new and not feel like your resume keeps getting thrown in the trash. This program is a time saver, a stress saver, and most importantly, a money earner. From résumé building, to nailing the interview, even online communication, this program gives you all the tools you need. Grateful for you Sho!

Sho’s videos have been super helpful and informative. I watched a range of videos regarding pre interview prep, interview questions & responses and negotiating offers. All the videos have collectively helped me achieve a great job offer recently. My favourite video would have to be the negotiating techniques and tips as I was able to negotiate perks and higher salary which was above the budget the company specified to me. Without the help of Sho’s videos, I wouldn’t have dreamt of negotiating the initial offer. Thank you Sho for helping me land an amazing job! Keep up the amazing work!!

Sho is the best! He is very personable and does his best to help you achieve the goals that you set for yourself. I have learned so many valuable things in GHA that have helped me tailor my resume, LinkedIn, and build connections. He is encouraging every step of the way and I am thankful for the resources I still have access to even after completing the program.

Sho and the team are excellent! They don't only teach you great content, they care that you get the best possible outcome for you! I needed help negotiating for my new contract and they helped a lot! I emailed them with all the details and what my aim was and the current script I have. Less than 20 minutes later, Sho replied and gave me a lot of practical recommendations on what to say, how to say it and what to expect on the other side. Needless to say, it all worked out great! Thank you Sho and team!

I have watched a couple of videos of Sho Dewan (Workhap), one of which was about building confidence and telling short stories during interviews. Using this method, I managed to get accepted by two companies.

Sho and the team offers useful techniques and insights that not only helps me earn what I deserve, but also boosted my confidence. More people should know about this service.

Sho has a wealth of both practical knowledge and personable charm. Not only does he offer interview and resume hacks and insights I would've never known otherwise, he's FUNNY! His videos helped me effectively tailor my resume, write cover letters, and get through the multi-step interview process. After 2.5 months of searching, I got a great offer and negotiated a higher starting salary and later start date - also thanks to Workhap! Get Sho to help you with your career. You won't regret it!
