Lydia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was detailed and really cared about making Monday.com work for me and not the other way around! With over 100 automations, video calls, data entry, emails back and forth, Lydia was 100% dedicated at all times. I now have a much better understanding of Monday.com and how to use it. I can now make patient & product tracking feel seamless. If you want someone who knows Monday inside and out, Lydia is your girl!

Our company was looking for a better way to manage projects assigned to our graphic design and digital marketing teams, along with creating content calendars for our marketing communications specialists. We moved over to Monday.com, and to be honest without Lydia's help I would probably still be lost. From day 1 she has been so helpful and attentive, she helped us set up and create the perfect workflow and automations for our business. As a sales driven business it was important for us to be able to see what everyone was doing in real time with our lead data. Lydia made it all happen AND gave us deep dive tutorials and videos for us to learn. I am so impressed with her knowledge of Monday and her over the top customer service. I am so happy we found her!
