My granddaughter loved her jean jacket. It came in on time for her birthday!

Review is based solely on purchasing process. It would be nice to see a preview of your personalization prior to purchase. Otherwise, user-friendly site and easy step-by-step process.

Web site pretty easy to use, but what do you get for "Loving Care" at $3.90?

The Jean jacket is adorable but the fabric, which I assume is from China, has a very strong odor. That is my only complaint.

I really don't like to give anything but a 5 star rating, but there were slight burn marks on the white letter. I'm fine with it, i just mention it as a watchout for you guys. :^)

Very happy with the product received. Just the shipment delay was a bit much as the item was stuck in US customs. But I will be ordering again.

The largest patch had a transfer mark underneath the flower apart from that the jacket was beautiful Very pleased

Overall I was pleased with the product. It came relatively quickly and everything was as I ordered. The colors were beautiful (I ordered the rainbow option with added shapes). My only complaint was that for an expensive puzzle, the wood seemed pretty thin and cheap.
