We’ve had Wise’s systems/service for several years now and we’re very satisfied. Jason and Garret do good work. We recommend their company highly.

Not sure if management changed or not. They used to be great but over the last couple of years and even more recently they are terrible. This year they just all of a sudden said that I missed a payment 4 years ago and one over 3 years ago. They blamed their new accounting system for not letting me know. The bank has already archived those records and it would cost me to try and to through those years to find where I paid or not. I have a couple of businesses and would NEVER request one of my clients to pay a missing payment from 4 years ago. That is my fault for not handling the miss payment (assuming there was one). I hired them to support our Siemens Fire System. They. came out when we had an issue and said the motherboard had a bad spot on it. Instead of fixing it they told us we would have to replace everything and go with a different brand. I'm sure they don't support Siemens anymore but that's not how you treat your customers. Very poor business practices.

Have worked for about 2 year now started of well but now I have lost 2 jobs venues because they harassed us about our hygiene and denied it to say they was not bullying or harassment when I.put in a complaint about certain members of the main staff and now only get 2 over venues to work at because I made a complaint don't work for them I had also interview for one of there stadium i got turned down as nobody likes the ceo of the company they are also against older workers don't work for them

I bought Wise Security for my home and enjoyed it but realized I didn't need the service any longer. The sales person put me in a 5 year contract without my knowledge and the only way to get out of the contract is to pay the remaining balance for a system I haven't used in 2 years. Their team is completely unwilling to help.

I have been a customer for years and Wise Security is great to deal with as long as everything is going well. But when things go wrong don't expect Wise Security to act professional or ethical. My home automation/security system has been acting up for several months, they are either unable or unwilling to fix it. Now they are ignoring Service Tickets. They avoid putting anything in writing as a paper trail is not what an ethical or professional company does. My only option at this point is to go with another company.
