Extraordinary.
Extraordinary. We met WP after two years of intensive search for a newly constructed property in London as an investment. Like in most capitals the market is flooded with new builds which are either mass produced, of mediocre quality and/or overpriced. Yet eventually we were lucky enough to find ‘the pearl’ and purchased two units in WP’s recent development in Fulham. WP specialises in boutique schemes with character in attractive locations and which stand in stark contrast to the massive and often plain modern constructions abound. While there are various firms who deliver sustainable residential properties of quality WP has taken this to another level: their products meet the highest standards in terms of both sustainability and specifications while focusing on true and lasting value. WP’s constructions are strikingly original and evidently built with passion - objects that simply can’t be overlooked. Just as important to mention is the excellent before- and after-sale service. Instead of talking to a help desk clients can reach out to the responsible directly. Snagging reports are taken seriously and all issues diligently addressed. The management ensures that buyers remain satisfied and accommodate their clients’ needs even beyond what could usually be expected. Staffed by an international, diverse and very motivated team it is a pleasure to work with WP. To look at the projects of this authentic and unpretentious company is a must for everyone searching for highly sustainable and unique properties to purchase. That there are very few reviews of WP so far proves nothing but that the best are always the understated.
