I was a loyal Wild Earth customer for…
I was a loyal Wild Earth customer for years, dating back to when I discovered them on Shark Tank. I loved their mission, and as a foster family with four dogs, we've spent thousands of dollars on their food over the years. My most recent order of 10 bags (nearly $1,000) was completely different from anything we'd received before. The kibble was a different color and had a strong chemical odor. After eating it, all four of our dogs developed diarrhea. When I contacted customer service, I was told the food was safe and encouraged to keep feeding it. I wasn't willing to risk my dogs' health, especially after seeing all four react the same way. Wild Earth refused to refund the order, leaving us to throw away all 10 bags. What disappointed me most wasn't just the product—it was how a long-time loyal customer was treated. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was left with nearly $1,000 in unusable food and no resolution. I genuinely believed in this company and wanted to continue supporting them, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend Wild Earth or purchase from them again.
