Hello I searched our system for your email and name and have not found any orders with our company. Unless you placed with a different name and email address I think you might have left a review of a different company for us. If you need any help in the future feel free to email us.

Hi Cindy. I am assuming you are talking about the order for the clearance item you placed at 7:30pm (after our business hours) on April 25th, if not, email us with the details of the order you are referring to. The order from April 25th you purchased an item from our clearance section which are items that for the most part we have in our shop and are shipped quickly. We shipped your order first thing the next day along with other clearance items from other orders. Some times, depending on timing we are able to stop a shipment, but most times it's not logistically possible and this is what happened to yours. There are several people involved in the process of fulfilling an order and for that reason we can't always cancel an order even if only a few hours later.
