Hi Sue, We are sorry to hear about the issues with your recent purchases of Tova. We refunded you for the return of the first one (with the exception of shipping), and upon inspection, we didn't find the item to be defective. As for the second piece, you are still within the 30-day window to return it if the item is in its original condition, and we will note to our returns team the issues you are reporting. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed defective, we will refund you in full. Not all pieces will be identical, as there can be a 5% variance.
