Need to have the ability to view and track store credits in your online account. Would appreciate a prepaid return label to help with exchange costs

Improvement needs to be MADE ASAP for when looking to pick out the color of a wig, etc. the caption showing now is just HAIR which is tooooooo close to tell actual colors. Especially the blond ones. All hair color choices should be shown on a mannequin head. It is extremely disturbing to look at the hair (which screen shot it too close) to make a responsible choice, then if you send it back your charged a re-stocking fee. I guess if you pick out another one there is no restocking, however, I don't feel it is always the fault of customer. I've expressed this numerous times. I'm getting ready to order again and I'm tossing it around because I can't really tell the color. Yes I'm a blonde. So we'll see what happens if anything gets changed for color selections???????????????

Have been pleased with customer service. Have ordered two noriko sky wigs and returned because cap was very tight. I ordered average . I order average in other noriko and they fit comfortable. Was,told it was not a defect. I need something comfortable due to headaches. Please help with style and comfort. Thank you.
