I entered the chat and there was a significant wait for service, was informed how many were ahead of me in queue so I waited, changing tabs to do something else. When I returned only 2 minutes later, I had been logged of "for security reasons" and all my information that I was needing questions answered about was deleted and I had lost my place in queue! So I entered it again and had to take a phone call, and was logged out a second time! This time even my chat had been deleted! At least when I got a real person instead of the automated system I had a great experience. Eldridge was apologetic for the wait and the frustration of the log off, helpful, efficient and patient. Now, let's see if the account works!

We unfortunately have seen sometimes that customers will be logged out accidentally, which definitely does not create a good experience. We are looking into this so hopefully it does not happen in the future. I you are going to send a request for me to review and the first question is ticket #, maybe you should include ticket number in your email. I had to go back through a month of emails to find it. Other than that the site was easy to use and even though there was a slight delay, it was fixed promptly.

Hi. My first payment did not clear and I could not get a timely response as to why not. Eventually it became clear that I needed to provide some documents which I then proceeded to do (why this was not asked of me upfront, I don't know). After that it still took time to hear back from WePay. Confusing phone menu choices and slow response to email.

I just don't understand why it takes 5 days or more for the deposits to hit my bank. These financial transactions happen at the speed of light now. I always find it interesting that when I pay for something, it is taken out of my bank that very minute, but when I'm supposed to receive a payment, it takes days, sometimes a week or longer. Especially since this is a for profit service. You get your fee off the top, immediately. That's my only gripe. Otherwise, the service is exactly what I expect. Other than the one issue of having to re-enter my bank information because of some kind of glitch with your computer systems and then had to wait an additional four days for the deposit to go through, the service is what I expect it to be. Quite convenient.

Hi William, Thank you for the honest feedback. Deposits (or Withdrawals) are something we're always working to improve. We're also improving the transparency surrounding transactions through improvements to reporting and the way we display information in the "Merchant Center" once you've logged in. The reality is that withdrawal timing can vary for a number of reasons, but it should be consistent for the vast majority of withdrawals: 1) reserves, 2) monitoring for fraud/compliance/etc., 3) missed withdrawal cutoff time at 4PM, or 4) weekly/monthly withdrawals instead of daily withdrawals.
