We're thrilled to hear that you found our service informative and helpful! We are here for you with continued support and assistance in the coming months. We look forward to continuing to serve you!
I joined the program during a probably unrealistic season that covered the holidays and it would have been almost impossible to stick to it due to the different opportunities for rich foods that adds to inflammation but with the support of Ebony and her team, despite my numerous fails at starting and continuing, I was able to not only lose weight in multiple double digits, I had some life saving realizations about myself and journey that will help as I continue on my journey. For example, I didn't know how badly constipated I was and that alone was a battle throughout the program. Ebony provided tips and strategies to help me with bowel movements each time. She and her team created an Atmospheres that allows you 'comes as you are.' There's a lot of resources, support and accountability to help you stay on your journey. The only person you need to get out of the way to your healing is you! Don't hesitate to join.

Your words truly warmed my heart! It's so inspiring to hear how, despite the challenges of the holiday season and your past difficulties, you embraced this program and emerged not only lighter physically, but also with profound realizations and tools for your ongoing journey. Thank you for sharing your story!
Ebony, Kathleen, and Kim helped me look at my horrible eczema journey through a holistic lens. They helped heal my gut and reduce triggers through functional practices I was praying to find. I was skeptical at first, but 7 months later my eczema has decreased 75% and I have the tools to continue my healing journey thanks to Wellness Defined.
