Well & Kell NYReviews of wellandkellny.com

Our group of friends did a private class with Kelley and it was great! She was so fun and easy to work with. Highly recommend her if you’re in the area!

Kelley led a private yoga class for our bachelorette party in Hudson NY. It was an amazing class & she is an incredible teacher! Everyone left feeling relaxed & strong. It was a great addition to the weekend. We loved how she tied in well wishes for the bride at the end. Kelley brought mats & blocks for everyone & set them up prior. Everything was clean & organized! She is very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely reach back out to her next time I’m in the area.

Kelley was great! We did a HIIT class and yoga class. The hiit was great, tough but good and the yoga was perfect for our beginner level. The classes had great energy and were perfect for our Saturday afternoon

Kelley has been a bright light in the dark days of 2020. Not only is her schedule flexible and abundant, she really takes the time to check in, see how you're feeling and adjust accordingly. Kelley is so warm and welcoming that even though we have never met in person, I feel like we've known each other forever. Having an online yoga community is 100% different and I was skeptical at first but these classes have opened my mind to just how healing yoga can be in any circumstance. I'm eternally grateful for her time and knowledge. Shanti! Shanti! Shanti!

My husband and I have been taking private classes with Kelley until COVID where we've moved everything virtually. Even though it's now on Zoom, it still feels very personable - she still provides adjustments, and I love that she gives different suggestions to me (who's a bit more advanced) vs my husband who's new to yoga. Also I attend her group classes which has a wonderful mix of flows and soothing stretches. She keeps everything fun and very engaging. Whether you're new to yoga or advanced, she's the perfect yoga instructor to keep you moving!

Kelley is an amazing yoga teacher! Practicing with her has really helped me make it through the pandemic. She really does a great job teaching remote classes over zoom.

I have Kelley to thank for getting me moving after major surgery last year, and she's kept me moving ever since. Kelley is a patient and supportive instructor. She's seamless in adapting class to accommodate the needs of her students and always encourages questions. Classes strike a perfect balance between challenging yoga flow and a little meditative self care.

Kelley has been an amazing gift during this time of COVID stress and anxiety. Her online yoga classes have been a great way to ground me weekly- not to mention the strength and flexibility I have gained! My new found arm muscles are all thanks to Kelley! Kelley is always ready to modify for each participant based on our needs- at the beginning of each class she asks how we are and this guides her focus for the class. Kelley is truly a remarkable yoga instructor.
