I appreciate the appetite control feature very much. I like that I get full faster and eat much less. I do not crave desserts nearly as much. I still think of making them but do not act upon it; i.e. the desire goes away faster. The weight loss is very slow but is working ! I am unable to do hard and fast exercises because I have a lower leg and feet disability due to Guillain-Barre Snydrome. But I do senior hula and try to take short walks daily.
