Decent customer service

Weight loss was quick. Having a hard time getting protein in. Still nauseated all the time & constipated

The price is reasonable and the convenient on-line service

Thus far, this has been better than expected. Starting tirzepatide hasn’t caused much in the way of side effects (I began already tracking 20-30g fiber/day and 60+ ounces of water/day). The instructions were clear; the provided injection items well-packaged. (I did get a sharps container to trash my used needles in.) I have lost a few pounds but am confident it will step up as I increase to the next dose.
