Chris Anderson is a total fraud. The lowest level. This guy will lie about other companies and agents. Go anywhere but at this company. If he works here then you need to run.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the selling agents. As a potential buyer, I submitted an offer on a home that had 3 offers, including mine. After submitting, I expected at least a courtesy update—especially once the listing status changed to pending. However, the agent never responded or acknowledged our offer, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. In real estate, respectful and timely communication is key, and this lack of follow-through is not what I’d expect from someone representing sellers. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable working with or recommending this agent in the future.

I had a really great experience with Wedgewood homes. The team was so helpful and always available to answer my questions. I am so thankful my friend referred me.
