OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited. Although it should have taken up to an hour, he had it done perfectly in about 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Erwin Zainal, who was so polite and helpful, I have avoided major time and cost.
