Very good customer service

I was called within minutes. I was able to communicate well with the doctor and he answered all my questions. He called in a scrip for the flu. It was wonderful to be able to get the prescription without having to wait to be seen at a doc in a box location. Plus this was 5:30pm - so glad I could start the flu medicine that evening.

So happy I was able to speak with a doctor, I had been miserable for days and was not able to get to an Urgent care.

Everything was streamline. From filling out info on website, doctor talk and prescription pickup. I had a UTI and knew the symptoms just didn't have the time to go to the doctor but knew I needed antibiotics.

The doctor asked good initial and follow up questions. I appreciate this service.
