Nice, convenient, just not very thorough.
I felt like the Dr didn’t ask enough questions. He did prescribe an antibiotic which I felt my child needed, so I am grateful he was able to talk with us on a holiday.

I felt like the Dr could have been a bit more caring. He was very rushed and seemed in a hurry to answer my questions. This was my 1st to use this site.

I did not get a prescription with refills, which means every few months paying triple because I have to pay the appointment fee. Last time I got four years out of my prescription. With refills it would be 5 stars.

I loved the convenience of this. It was all done and had my prescription all within 2 hours. I would have rated it higher except the Physician who called did not seem genuinely concerned about my call.

Fast call back, knowledgable doctor. I asked for prescription I used before, but was prescribed not FDA approved prescription which insurance did not cover so I had to pay out of pocket, plus less effective prescription for my needs.

I paid the $59.00 to have a doctor call me within 30mins... it took over 3 hours for him to call me! He said they were "busy"... then I should be reimbursed $20.00. Otgerwise, the call took 1 minute and I had my prescription waiting for me at my local pharmacy. Yes, it's very convenient, but don't charge me the luxury price if I'm getting basic service.

I was grateful there was a doctor available who returned the call promptly. Being a health professional myself, I would have appreciated if he had inquired more about what medication I had found helpful for my condition in the past. He did however prescribe a medication that I am hopeful will treat my illness.
