Got what i needed just Doctor was not very friendly and rude.

A very quick call back and brief conversation led to a prescription, as required. The consultant was, however, very difficult to understand and provided 2 prescriptions, one of which I declined at the pharmacy as it wasn't as he'd described it to me.

I still have a uti but they are nice

Difficult to understand the doctors with their very heavy accent. Dr. Tried to tell me it’s impossible that I have a UTI even though it’s been diagnosed but other specialists. Then when i stated I had BPH his response was “no you don’t, how old are you? You’re too young to have that its Impossible” after I told him I was born with kidney issues. The only reason i turned to this website was because my doctors office was closed and I just needed the antibiotics for it. He did send the script quickly which was the only upside

I would have given a better review, if I hadn't needed to call them back soon, for the same problem. 5 days of antibiotics for a UTI, we're not enough.

Easy and convenient because I was on vacation out of state. I filled out a form before hand and described what was wrong and even uploaded a picture, but when the doctor called me, he acted like he had no idea what my ailment was. He also wasn’t very pleasant and seemed dismissive. I asked for something to ease the pain on my toothache to which he replied he couldn’t give me Vicodin or anything (I didn’t ask for Vicodin) , which I already understood because I just agreed online that narcotics can’t be prescribed over the phone, so that was another reason I felt he didn’t look at anything before calling.

Strange experience. No idea who I spoke to. Never even introduced himself as a doctor. Was never even given his first name. He didn’t seem like he even wanted to be on the phone. Didn’t really listen. He said he would prescribe antibiotic but I don’t have any email confirmation of our call or that he prescribed something. Guess I’ll pick it up tomorrow and see..I’m sure this is great for many people but wish he was nicer

I wish they would give prescription that last 30 days versus making money on me calling back each month. Otherwise quick service.
