Consultation was less than stellar! Physician was very droll, dry, hard to understand and acted like he didn’t care much at all about what was really my concern. Registration wasn’t that bad...Overall very mediocre ( at best ) experience!

I would have liked to be able to call back regarding side effects of the antibiotics prescribed to me so I would have liked to have had the opportunity to have put on a different one and also it never started working until the 7th day and was told it should start working the next day w symptoms and the pharmacist said about 3 days. I would have liked to have been able to the Dr without having to pay 60.00 again about what was going on as my antibiotics made me so so sick to my stomach all day until 2’dqys after I was done w the 7 days and they did not even start working until right around the 6 or 7 day and I’m still having symptoms and it is very much frustrating me!!! All I want are antibiotics that will work!!!!!!! This one I have never taken before . I don’t think I do good w that antibiotic for treatment but like I said I should NOT have to pay again just to get a new script. The service was fast however and extremely convenient not to have to spend so much time in the Dr.’s office and then go to the pharmacy especially when you don’t feel well at all! So thank you and I will use this service again and again for sure!!!!

I paid over sixty US dollars for a fifteen second telephone call with a physician I could not understand. I had forgotten diabetic meds at home so he knew what I needed and that was it. It beat sitting in a elk in clinic but not by much. Physicians are responsible for every prescription. Being a trifle more thorough will let you know if this is the correct medication for this patient.

A doctor answered back within the hour. However, the consult was very brief, and he didn't ask too much about how I was feeling. The charge was more than originally quoted by the website, so a brief consult for a prescription of an antibiotic skin cream cost $50 instead of $40.

I may not have made my symptoms clear. I have had BPH for many years now but did not know there was a medicine that could help. I slept through the night without having to urinate for the first time in quite a while. Tadalafil seems to work very well; if would have been nice to have a months worth of medicine. However, the doctor prescribed 10 pills with no refills. If I have to pay $50 every time I need meds, I will just go to a local doctor. Using this service saves me time and money, as long as I don't have to use it every 10 days. I don't know how you keep customers coming back.

Having never used a service like this before im not sure of what i should expect. The person(DR?) that called me back did not introduce himself, was very difficult for me to understand, asked me the same question 3x that i had answered online. He was very short with me and hung up before i could ask if he was going to refill my prescription. i give the whole online concept 5 stars. they guy could have been having a bad day.
