Fast and simple

I was charged the MD fee but never received the RX and have contacted Web MD 3rimes

Not worth the time or money. I followed the directions given and successfully uploaded photos prior to my appointment. When I got on the phone with the physician, he stated he did not see any attachments and so we spoke "blindly." I then called the front desk and reported the issue after my appointment; I was told to complete a form online to contact their IT department and report the issue. Why am I contacting your IT department?!?! I'm already experiencing the need for care and now I have to play switchboard! It was just an overall bad experience. Oh and to report that, you have to complete a form for that too!

There was a mistake made in the medicine that was called in, and there is NO WAY to contact webdoctors. So I am out money and have no medicine. I am going to have to go to urgent care!!!!!!!!!!

Needed a renewal of a prescription for restless legs and was told that I could not get another prescription. I don't have a problem with that, but it would have been nice if somebody had told me that when I got my last prescription. i spent two sleepless nights before I could get somebody else to fill the prescription. My doctor had retired and I am in between doctors.

first of all I couldnt understand him from being from iraq or iran didnt really know english and didnt even try to help or didnt want too.

felt like I was being pushed to hurry up and the only interest was in making an appointment for another condition telling me to get a refill had to have another appointment
