Once a year I get flu like symptoms, usually after the holidays and lots of family and company visiting for extended periods of time. I get a cold, scratchy throat, possible sinus infection, coughing , phlegm, and a low grade fever. I have gone to the website and gotten the same doctor for the past two years. I do feel it's very good value and much less than any office visit. I am from a medical family of parents, daughters, husband, and sisters in law that are doctors and nurses, they are not allowed to prescribe for family and you better be dying before you get their attention. I don't feel like going and waiting at an urgent care when I am feeling ill. Receiving a call back from a doctor is very efficient and in my experience has been professional. The doctor asks me appropriate medical questions about my health, any regular medications I take, and allergies I might have. My CVS fills the rx right away as sent by the doctor and texts me when it's ready at the drive thru window. What has been prescribed works for me. I feel much better in 24 hours and continue to improve daily. It is important to be honest with the doctor and follow the enclosed medicine's directions. This is probably the future for medical care.
