Quick and nice doctor

Very easy to answer online medical history and I received prompt response and the doctor calling was helpful and I received my prescription quickly.

Called by quickly by Doctor, who called the pharmacy immediately so I could get my prescription before they closed. Will use again!

If your not interest in waiting for a doctor and you don’t have time to get out of bed and go to get help, then MD Proactive is perfect. Worked well and they acted in a timely manor.

I received a return call after one and a half hours. I was asked questions I had answered in the online form so I felt like it wasn't read. After inquiring, the doctor told me he liked to ask the questions even though I had already answered them. It would be helpful if the doctor said this upfront. I was prescribed antibiotics and sinus medication which made sense, but I had no need for the inhaler that was prescribed. I don't have asthma; I just had the flu, so I felt that I was being over-prescribed. The doctor was cordial and respectful, so I gave my experience a 4 rating.

Decent treatment and very little friction.

Prompt call back but very brief consultation I received a call back from Dr. Garg just minutes after I submitted my request, but he was very brief, TOO brief, on the consultation. I wished to ask him more questions about my condition, but I got a strong notion that he just wanted to prescribe the medicine I needed and hang up. Our call did not exceed 40 seconds. Regardless, he did provide me the service I needed almost urgently on New Year's Eve, just before all the pharmacies closed down for New Year's Day.

Quick but thorough and no discomfort of spending an hour in a waiting room.
