Very friendly and I did not have to wait very long.

Every year in Oct, Nov or Dec I get strep. Being able to talk to a doctor without dragging myself to an office and waiting for hours sounded like a splendid option, so I gave it a try. The doctor called me about 40mins after I submitted the appointment request. I only opted for the $39.95 phone consultation because I wasn't completely confident this wasn't all a sham. However; five minutes after I got off the phone with the physician, I called my local Walgreens and sure enough my antibiotic prescription had been sent over and was being filled. MDProactive will get $40 bucks from me every year (unfortunately that's how often I get strep) because the whole process was convenient and quick. My only critique would be that it may be a little too quick. . . The doctor only stayed on the phone with me for 56 seconds. I told him I had strep; he asked how long I had been experiencing my symptoms and he told me what medicine he would be sending to the pharmacy. In my case the brief interaction was fine. But for others with slightly more complicated ailments I'd hope the doctors can be more thorough during the exchange. In summation. As I previously mentioned, I'm going to be a customer for life. . . Or until I get my tonsils removed. I'd highly recommend the service.

Over all experience was fair. No friction Calling connection was confusing. When I answered, the call abruptly ended. Asked for an illness absence employer letter which came promptly, yet unfortunately was unacceptable. Physician mentioned that if document was not adequate a full refund of consult fee would be honored. Still working on refund as I had to go to a minute clinic to attain an acceptable employer document.

easy to use. Quick call back and Rx to pharmacy as directed. If you can self-diagnose, this is all you need. Doc asked 1 question (allergies) which was already answered so basically you are ordering a legal prescription...that's about all the medical care you will receive.

Doctor called me back quick, prescribed the meds I needed for my illness. Will use again.

First Time and for 40$ and from your home in less than an hour from sign up Great for things like Antibiotics for common sickness and infections Beats the heck out of Dr in a box waiting rooms and sometimes extra fees Reccomend for folk who need antibiotice or other medication for pre existing conditions.. .known infections. Or common annual bad colds and such Less than 5 minure conversation Right too point

The Dr. Provided the services exactly as advertised. The only reason for one star less than five was the presciption wasn't at pharmacy the next day. But I called and a very nice woman remedied the situation. I would use them again.

Worked as described. No issues...I had an infection and it was quickly diagnosed and a prescription sent immediately to my pharmacy. So I went from being ill to being back on my feet. What else do you want from a local Dr.?
