Fast but no interaction.

This was super convenient. The only thing was it took about 3 hours to get the consultation call. Totally fine but it would have been nice to know it could be that long. I was expecting a call much quicker is all.

Not bad and I waited 20 minutes to get a call or consult with a physician. Talked to him about my failings and he prescribed the same thing a normal visit to a doctor's office. When I called the place to pick up my prescription, it was ready in less than 3 hrs after my physician consult. So all in all it was a decent experience and I would recommend to anyone who don't want waist time in a medical clinic when you know the kind of medicine you need for the ailment you are experiencing. Good way to spend your money.

Only negative things were that he was difficult to understand due to accent and he treated me like I was not very educated. I have my Masters in Health Policy and Bachelors in Medical Laboratory Science and have worked analyzer human specimens including Microbiology specimens. I totally would recommend the site. I would just suggest that doctors remember that they don’t know the patients’ education
