They billed me even though I never got a call, a video conference that I paid for, so NO I would never use, horrible service.

Well it’s been a week since my online consultation and still no prescription and no call back. I messaged them to change my preferred pharmacy. Apparently my request fell between the cracks, but they got my money for the consultation. I’m losing patience waiting for a call back.

I spoke with dr Narendra Gang im explain i have a bad tooth pain and swelling face , for the pain the medicine he prescribe is not help im still with bad pain and the medicine give nauseas (Clindamucin )i hope the can give some other prescription can help for the pain and infection Thanks

Dr said he would send rx that day (Saturday) at1pm. Went to pharmacy at 5pm and it wasn’t there. They got it the next day in the evening The whole point of doing online was not to wait until Monday to see my regular doctor. doing this was a waste. I needed the medicine way sooner. Need refund

Doctor was nice but we can't get the prescription he prescribed for my son. There is no one to help and I wasted 80.00 on your service because no one is available to clarify the instructions on the medicine. Waste of money!

Costs have doubled in the last with in the last eight months. That's not acceptable. This used to be a cheap alternative for people without insurance.
