The doctor prescribed me some medicine after a week I called and let them know that no progress has been made they asked me to send the doctor an email I sent him an email no response and also I called and left a voicemail message no response .

Does not respond to emails. When you call they tell you to email them. Don't waste your time.

Terrible service

Doctor gave 0 response to pharmacies request for a refill on antibiotics. For me it is a waste of money to use this service.

The experience sucked, the treatment sucked. I in a hospital within days! And the policies don't even scrool, so you can't read them!

The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for a sinus infection. It was a medicine I hadn’t taken before, it made me feel very sick: nauseous and badly dizzy. I googled information on this antibiotic (Levofloxacin) and it has serious side effects so I e mailed the customer service and request that the doctor changed the medicine and/or contacted me. I never heard from anyone. Disappointed, no one should receive this kind of reckless treatment, this is a health service, not an online shopping site! Maria Spalding
