Didn’t get all the scripts refilled I requested even though my records show they were prescribed. Wouldn’t fill all my scripts as my primary care doctor had been prescribing previously.

DR SPOKE TO ME HARD ...LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM...

Doctor took a while to call me back. Your website had a choice of refills to include Alprazolam, thus I was charged for the second refill. I guess that wasn't the case.

Easy to schedule an appointment and fast really liked the way they explained what to expect for your appointment. The doctor was great had no problems he called in my prescription everything was great then pharmacy called said they didn’t have my meds so I went on website to see if they could call a different pharmacy went to contact us box told them what happened checked my email next my nothing so I sent another message nothing again long story short sent them total of 4 messages called 4 times to finally get my meds so for me can’t recommend them for total lack of communication why have a contact us box if you don’t respond.

The Dr. I spoke with prescribed an antibiotic along with Paxil. Being allergic to two antibiotics I thought to call my personal doctor about this. After some discussion she transferred me to the hospital pharmacist. My conversation with her resulted in our agreement that I was not a good candidate for taking this antibiotic. I believe this pharmacist helped me avert a situation that could have developed into an emergency.

Dr really tried to help, but because of difficulty understanding his thick accent, I ended up with meds that I was allergic to. It’s my bad that I didn’t ask to speak to someone else.

The doctor seemed to have no kindness or caring about him and did not listen to what I had to say for the most part. I was told to stop talking so he could speak. I had a question that I asked him and he told me we’ll get to that later at another time or on our next visit. Horrible bedside manner. All in all I felt like he really didn’t care what I had to say only what his judgment was and what was on his agenda. Won’t be back.
