Doctor was a little hard to understand on the phone. Quick response time though.

Very fast, opened an account and filled out a brief standard questionnaire. I had a UTI that I had been self-treating with drinking lots and lots of water and cranberry concentrate. Sunday was the 5th day and symptoms were worsening. My Dr.s clinic is closed on Sunday and with concerns of Covid19 I liked the idea or not mixing with a lot of people. Fast Dr. callback, less than an hour and immediate Rx sent to my pharmacy. Time spent on phone with Dr. about 2 minutes.

When Gandhi called he was very nice to me asked me two questions then said prescription will be at Walgreens it all worked out well

Great service and great option during Covid 19.

Efficient and practical for a foreign citizen trapped by Covid-19 airline restrictions and needing a prescription refill. Dr. however difficult to understand for my French ears (heavy accent) and somewhat rushy! A copy of the prescription should be sent or accessible.

I honestly had a terrific experience with MDProactive, the only reason I am giving it a 4 star was the the prescription that was sent to my Pharmacy was for an HFA and I needed the diskus prescription. And Ive tried to call and have emailed to get this straightened out and have yet to get in contact with someone. Once this is fixed I would give them a 5 stars. Thank You!!

The site was very easy to use and the turn around time was very quick on the call back. The doctor was very understanding and concerned. He did not belittle my symptoms and he actually LISTENED!!!!! I knew it was a sinus infection; I have them most often. My GP was to busy with COVID-19 to listen to my minor complaint and I refused to go into the office or to the ER because of the pandemic. My simple infection could be turned into a death sentence simple because I have asthma. Thank you for this service and I will definitely use this service in the future!!! My only negative comments was that at times, it was a bit hard to understand the doctor because of his accent and he did mumble but was happy to repeat what was said when asked. I also would have loved it if you would have taken insurance!! But over all, it was a grand experience.

The doctor called back within 10 minutes which was great.
