Prescription price was unexpected and way to high. I did not purchase it and only wasted $50 signing up for MDProactive. Waste of money and time. I will never use it again and recommend to everyone to never use it.

I thought it was great until neither Walgreens or Walmart would fill the prescription

I waited for my call and finally received an email saying my appt had been cancelled. No more explanation other than I won't b charged. Youd think if they r going to deny u as a patient they could at least tell u why. All I got is an email saying cancelled appt. That's it!

The doctor who called me didn’t even give me both the prescriptions I needed he o it sent in one even after I put it in my notes that I needed both and even after he told me he was sending over to the pharmacy both of them. Now I’m dealing with a whole other issue I have to have taken care of but I’ll be doing that somewhere else and won’t recommend this website to anyone in fact I’ll be doing the opposite

After paying 40 dollars to get antibiotics for a uti, the infection came back after 6 days on pills. As I'm standing in urgent care w a doctor i realize that the proactive MD doctor perscribed 100 mg of the drug. I have NEVER been given 100 mg of anything for a uti. It's always been 250 or 500. No wonder it came back! Also the drug he perscribed was 40 dollars at the pharmacy. When i went to urgent care the drug cost 5 dollars with my insurance. I literally spent 90 dollars using MD proactive and 15 dollars with my own insurance (10 for probiotics). Never again. Never would i recommend this service. EVER.

I talked to a doctor for two minutes. He asked me what I wanted and didn’t even ask me about the symptoms I had. I payed 50 dollars and still don’t have resolution from my symptoms. I am very disappointed

The Doctor approved the prescription but did not call it in! I feel like I was robbed of nearly 60$.
