This was the most efficient and effective way to treat a UTI. My call was returned within minutes, and the doctor I spoke with was professional and accommodating. He sent a prescription to my pharmacy which was ready within two hours. Going through the regular doctor’s office requires calling, waiting for a callback, a trip to the lab to leave a specimen; then waiting for a callback with the results and finally the meds. This process takes 1 to 2 days, so two hours from my initial call to webmd until meds were available was fantastic.
