I have been dealing with them for over 5 days trying to get a script called into the right pharmacy. Initially they were responsive but have yet to fix the problem. I have sent 4 unanswered emails providing the information that had been requested. Buyer Beware.

I was not helped last time I used the service, when I had in fact been helped for the very same issue before through the service prior. I will no longer use this service due to lack of communication between people running the service and the doctors themselves. Obviously everyone isn’t on the same page.

Didnt received my prescription yet, vir you Villes me 2 days ago. Canto contacto anyone in tour Company. My problema haver no foreable solution. I wish you were not onde of the choices on my browser.

If there was an option to rate less than one star, I would. I don’t understand how the patient, me, had better bed side manners than the Doctor that I spoke with. I was friendly, polite and even made an attempt to joke about my illness, to not avail. This person had zero personality. He showed no interest in comforting me and assure Me that I would be better soon.

I have asthma which was clearly stated in medical history. Dr prescribed medication for UTI which most common side effect was trouble breathing. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.

This website was a lifesaver!!! My entire face swole up from a toothache. I don't get paid for a week, so going to the dentist sadly wasn't a option. They had me a prescription ready in less than a hour!!! Thank God I found MDProactive!!!! In this case it may have saved my life!!!

Not happy the Dr. was to call in 30 day supply and only called in 15 days worth.

Narendra was unprofessional, and was more concerned with arguing over pill counts for a medication I need to stay alive than an actual consultation... I wanted a larger prescription because I am immunocompromised and don't want to keep going to the pharmacy during CV-19. He previously promised a larger prescription and when I called him on it he said he wouldn't treat me anymore. I told Narendra not prescribing these meds was a death sentence. I asked how I could help the situation and he said that's not his problem...He took the oath of Hippocrates... but I guess that doesn't apply when a patient calls you on your bs. I have informed the web director of the site that recommends Narendra's practice nation wide that he is not a safe MD to work with, and he does not understand the condition he is claiming to treat. I have a healthcare practice of my own and used to refer MDProactive to patients without insurance, I will no longer be doing that...It's inconvenient because I have to contact patients using MDProactive and give them new resources, his terrible demeanor also reflects poorly on me. I would never treat or turn down a patient in need, especially in a pandemic. Shame on Narendra. Thankfully, due to his lack of professionalism, I have found higher rated professional MD's available online : )
