So bad no fun

I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and even denied the charge on my credit card. I kept getting emails that Wayground kept trying to charge my card. I emailed again and had several exchanges still trying to get Wayground to stop trying to bill me. This week I received an email saying they were sucessful billing me. I'm still trying to get my money back. I don't understand why they did this when I cancelled my account.

When it was Quizizz it worked, now it is Wayground it is a shambles. I am paying for their garbage. Support is non existent.
