TOTAL FRAUD!!! I ORDERED 2 CUTTING BOARDS AS I BELIEVED THEIR ADS. UPON FIRST USE MY BOARD WAS COMPLETELY SCRATHED UP, THE SECOND IS A GIFT I AM NOT WILLING TO GIVE AS I WOULD BE HUMILIATED. CUSTOMER SERICE IS UNWILLING TO HELP ME, I AM BEING TOTALLY IGNORED.

Useless delivery service with big delays. No possibility of a refund even as the product is returned to them. Clearly a scam. Do NOT buy.

I ordered 1 (ONE) Titanum cutting board and Wauffle charged me for 2 (TWO). I found this out by checking my credit card statement there were two charges. I informed them that I wanted to cancel the order and reorder because they charged me for two. They told me that it was too late and when I receive them to send one back. Now this amazes me because this was within a two period and how could that item be shipped out so fast especially being placed on a weekend. Now here is the kicker when I receive the two boards I informed that I needed a return authorization from them so I can send it back. They ignored me. I used one of the boards that supposedly was to be scratch proof but hat was a lie also. My board is all scratched up and I on that note along with looking for a rear t label to send the second one back. They told me that I would have to pay to get it shipped back and that they were sorry (ha ha) about the board scratching. So to make a long story they lied about their product and now I’m probably going to have to throw the board to keep from getting METAL in my foods. So they kept my $200,56. Talk about a RIP OFF. Do not buy anything from WAUFLE, They do not back their product and they carelessly about their customers.

Scam, my order #WF36738 , fully paid, in application they tell that my order delivery, but nobody call me, and I don’t received any delivery. I write two mail on his support, nobody answer me.

I received a titanium cutting board that your Wauffle Company sent me and it has turquoise tape all over the cutting board with scratches…it looks as though it has been used and covered up with the tape! FYI…there are other titanium companies that are offering the same product that you can have access to Customer Service by phone vs email if there is a problem with the cutting board. I plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company and send the picture of the titanium cutting board that was sent to me. This has been going on almost 2-weeks without the Customer Service resolving my issue of sending me a used cutting board…why would the titanium cutting board be covered in turquoise tape??? The Company markets the cutting board in titanium finish and not turquoise tape that covers the titanium with scratches!

I have been trying since December 19, 2024, to resolve a problem with a shipment. I only received 2 of the non-skid pads instead of the 3 I ordered. Have tried email communication and left messages on a voice mail. Nothing. They cheated me out of something I ordered. I will not order again and don’t recommend this company. If they resolve I will update this.

Took forever and it’s just a piece of very thin metal who knows if it’s even titanium or safe. Don’t waste your money!!

I ordered a cutting board from them - they will not accept my return. I asked to cancel the order two days after placing it. They refused. It finally showed up - I emailed them to return it on Dec 30th. It is now Jan 14, and they haven’t given me the return info. They keep offering a discount I don’t want. They are also insisting I pay for return shipping when that was not included in the return policy. Will never order from this place again.
