Peak Water Damage RepairPeak Water Damage Repair is a locally owned, IICRC-certified water damage restoration and mold remediation firm serving Colorado Springs and the broader Pikes Peak region. Residential emergencies are our sole focus — frozen pipe bursts, floods, appliance leaks, sewage backups, and storm-driven water intrusion. Every job follows IICRC S500 and S520 standards, performed by technicians certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). We run truck-mounted extractors, industrial dehumidifiers, and thermal imaging equipment tuned for Colorado's high-altitude freeze-thaw cycles. Dealing with a flooded basement is a nightmare, but this team made it manageable. They didn't just clean up the water; they were incredibly thorough with the moisture detection and even helped me navigate the insurance claim process, which was a huge relief. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless. If you’re in the Springs and need water restoration, don't hesitate to call them. Truly a 5-star service.
