WatchGuysReviews of watchguys.com

Robertino Please forgive my unfair review of my recent purchase. Also thank your for the email and personal call. I apologize if I was a bit curt on that call. The watch needed a simple fix, battery as it's a quartz Constellation, and it is a lovely time piece my local watch maker complimented. Just wanted to make this right brother. Piece be you and your team!

Fair honest and efficient!

The WatchGuys team made a stressful online experience smooth and professional. It’s not everyday that you spend that kind of money for something sight unseen, with people you have never met, but their team made me comfortable and the process relatively stress free. They delivered In spectacular fashion, allayed my concerns and far exceeded my expectations. They have my highest recommendation.

Seemless transaction, very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

As a lifelong New Yorker I am naturally inclined to be skeptical so I did extensive due diligence on these Guys and they passed that test. I wired them more than my 1977 salary and waited for my timepiece. It arrived as promised and within 1 hour I found a problem and notified the Merchant, Two phone calls and 3 pictures via text later we came to a resolution. I received the timepiece of my desires today as promised and I love it! I will continue to be a customer and I must commend Luis, Ethan, and Robertino for being no bullshit business men and delivering as promised! Thank you Guys!

The watch was perfect just as shown and advertised. The process was simple and direct, and I had my watch within 1 day.

Great customer service 2nd watch in three months!!

Great communication and my watch arrived 2 days after purchase. I’ll be shopping with them again.
