The workouts are personally tailored and the coaches are responsive and helpful. It's been huge for motivation and accountability and my coach adapts my plan to whatever is going on in my life, so it's easy to stay with it.

Coach Katie Hawkins is awesome. She always willing to listen to me and shares great resources. I have lost weight and fat and am gaining muscle even though I am in my 50s. Her guidance is helping me change my relationship with food.

This experience has been a game changer. I thought I knew a lot about losing weight, but in reality all the knowledge I thought I had wasn’t correct anymore. The knowledge I’ve gained in this program alone was worth every penny. My coach Keri Luce has been a wonderful support and is more like a friend. I feel I can ask her anything. This is definitely a process and mindset is key. My body is changing and I am so much healthier now. It’s been about a year with Warrior Babe and I don’t see myself ever going back to the old ways. I make much better choices and I don’t ever feel like I’m missing out. Cheers to a happier healthier life!

Awesome program! Has made me feel more confident - learning about macros and how to fuel my body properly - my coach is honest and so great to work with. Couldn’t ask for more from a program such as Warrior Babe!
