This mobile game has been charging me for things I did not purchase. Their customer service seems like automated responses. They charge my credit card and even my PayPal for things I did not buy in the game. When you write them they basically say “you did purchase” and end the ticket.

This game uses trust and your commitment to the game to perpetuate illegal billing for in game goods not purchased, authorized or received. Their customer service agent “Joyce” simply tells you that you did make the purchase and it was delivered in game and closes the ticket. Literally fraud. Do not spend your time on this game or give them any, absolutely any payment information. Asking for a manager? Joyce claims the account was reviewed and closes the ticket. The height of unethical monetization is stealing.
