We truly appreciate your comments regarding expectations around tour coordination. This particular program is operated as a partially guided tour, as outlined in the tour literature. The WhatsApp coordination is primarily used as a real-time reconfirmation and support channel for the following day’s logistics, while our operations team at headquarters remains continuously involved behind the scenes to monitor the ongoing tours performance and stays on standby should a need arises. We also offer fully escorted tours for travelers who prefer having an in-person tour manager throughout the journey, and we would truly love to host you on one of those experiences in the near future. Your feedback has been taken very constructively, and we will continue improving our tour literature and pre-travel communication to further clarify the tour format and overall travel experience expectations.
