Had my house listed on the market with a Realtor and it failed twice and I spoke with Rickey shortly after on the phone. They offered a fair price and closed within eleven days. For me being in the Military and not in Texas it was honestly an easy process.

My Husband and I own two homes in Belton. The plan was our family would live in the smaller 3 bedroom home, and we would have Dad in the 4 bedroom. Dad passed away due to Covid-19 and family members chose not to move. We tried renting the smaller home on our own and eventually went to a “realtor agency”. Only, to have the property vandalized by the renters when they moved out. Being Retired Military all we wanted was to get back to family. Listing with a realtor failed twice with two brokerages. Rickey, Marcus and Patricia made that possible when no one else could. Thanks so much for being there time and again... there’s just not enough thank you’s I can write in this message. You've blessed us and relieved us of the headaches.

It seemed like I tried just about everything to be free from this house. Burden after burden, I didn’t know it can be so hard to sell a house in today’s market. I’m thankful for the whole Wamello team!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys, everything they told me they stood behind. And they were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The closing was fast and went very smoothly I couldn’t of asked for an easier transaction.
