It is very sad that I am unable to cancel a walk if the dog walker is later, this is totally unfair as when I ask for a certain time I have things to do.

I would give max stars because your walkers are fantastic but I gave fewer stars because when I needed to contact support I find you are outsourcing support to someone who could not answer any of 2 very easy questions. if I had support from your home base as I used to always get I would have my answers. I also don’t like that you’ll give me a discount if I refer another to your service but won’t give me $5.00 after almost 200 walks with your service. I hope you don’t go further down hill or I might consider going to an app that doesn’t have so many glitches where there were not before. How’s this for a review? You asked and you received it.

I wish I could post a better review of WAG but I wouldn't be honest. I have used Wag on and off for the past few years mainly without incident. However, my last walker let my new dog out of the apartment even though I specifically said in my notes be careful leaving as she will run out if given the opportunity. I got a call ar work that the dog had run out and they don't know where she is which made me worried and angry as I left work in a panic. I was out there over two hours when I found her in the lot of the next apartment complex. I know Wag tried to use all their available resources but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

At first things were great, walkers were excellent! Then every time I booked you could not find me a walker, 30 minutes before my request, you just left me hanging!

Pretty good for day of or next day needs. But I have had two week long /weekend sitters cancel with less than 12 hours notice. Wag does nothing to make amends. Additionally, the choice of time slot is hourly when there used to be three hour windows. This narrow range makes finding a walker more difficult

I’ve had a great experience until recently. The last 2 or three times I’ve scheduled with a walker they don’t show. Not sure what kind of notification I can be given, but it’s scheduled on the WAG calendar and when the time comes up no one shows.

When someone picks up a walk, it’s great. But the last two times I’ve requested walkers, no one picks it up. It doesn’t do a whole lot of good when no one can take the walk. It’s not the first time it’s happened either. Last time I called and was told it was something with my credit card. It’s the same card I’ve always used so it’s not the card guys. It’s you.
