It can get pretty confusing regardng payments and I don't like the policy. I keep getting credits instead of refunding. I think the client should have a choice whether they want a refund or credit

Wag is very good, probably the best. But some serious evaluation by its Management should be the staff in charge of informing the client the walker will be a no show, or he/she is on her way, finding a substitute when a walker is no show, etc. I do not believe the persons assigned to this tasks cares enough for the client and they surely does not return call or messages.

The walkers are consistently good. The only problem I've encountered is scheduling a walker only to have no one show up, or requesting an ASAP walker only to find none available.

Hi Eli! Thank you so much for your review. We're sorry to hear that you haven't found a Pet Caregiver for an ASAP walk. We can not guarantee that a Pet Caregiver will be available for the date and time requested. We recommend booking services in advance for the best chance of finding a Pet Caregiver available for that particular date and time!
I have had really good experience with walkers from wag! It is especially convenient when you can get last minute help when your day gets away from you.

I am so pleased with Wag services. My only problem is sometimes on Sunday a walker is not available. I know they try to find someone and keep me updated! I trust that my dog gets a nice walk. Thanks much for your services Lana Bostic

I love this platform! It is eat that you can see where your dog and dog walker are in real time. I have also been fortunate to have some great care takers who genuinely take the best care of my dog which puts my mind at ease when I am at work.

Not all walkers are consistent in giving water. Some are late. They do message me to say why they might be late. My favorite walkers aren’t always available so then I have a new walker. But overall people are receptive to how I would like Ellie walked and follow the plan.
