Trio did really well with Zeni! Attentive and Kind. Thank you again!

Thank you for your review, Tamela! It sounds like Trio has been a great match for Zeni—attentive and thoughtful throughout. Wishing Zeni many more happy days ahead with Trio!
Dog walker Paula adhered to my request to limit the distance and area for my senior crippled dachshund to be walked due to the excessive heat. She gave him fresh water from the Brita pitcher as requested before she left him.

Thank you for your review, Lisa! It sounds like Paula followed your instructions—both the shorter walk given the heat and the fresh water for your senior pup. Attention to those kinds of details matters, especially for a dachshund with mobility needs. To easily rebook Paula in the future, you can save her as a Preferred Caregiver. In the Wag! app, open the "Past Caregivers" menu, find Paula, and tap the heart icon by her name. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pup!
Easy to navigate. If there was anything I would add, it would be an option for multiple days at a time like when you book a hotel, a beginning and end date instead of scheduling each day separately. Also adding an anytime instead of requiring a specific time for a drop in visit.

Response from Wag!· Jul 6, 2026
Thank you for your kind review, Melissa! We love hearing that the app has been easy to navigate, and we appreciate your thoughtful suggestions. On the multi-day front, we wonder if what you describe matches our option to select multiple days on the calendar during booking—up to 7 consecutive days at once, with the same service type, time, and Caregiver. Multiple services on the same day currently need to be booked individually; understandably, your suggestion for more open scheduling flexibility could solve for that. We very much appreciate hearing from Pet Parents on what they need. If you'd like to elaborate on these suggestions or share other ideas, you can submit them through the "Feedback" option in the "Account" menu of the Wag! app. We look forward to continuing to support you on your pet care journey!
Jessica is a caring and responsible person who loves dogs. She gave my dog the same affection as her own. She also has a lot of experience watching different types of breeds and sizes. Her roomy house and big yard is the perfect set up for dogs.

Thank you for your kind review, Anita! It sounds like Jessica has been a great match—her experience with a broad variety of dogs gives both you and your pup peace of mind. And her roomy home and yard sound like a fabulous staycation for any pup! It's clear from what you say that she puts her heart into her work and treats every dog like family. Wishing your pup many more happy stays with Jessica!
I’m a few weeks into using this app. So far, it has been a great experience. My 7 month old lab is…well a crazy lab pup. She has so much energy and no idea how big she is. I love that their profiles show that they specialize in specific things such as dogs who pull, young dogs, old dogs, dogs who require meds, etc. I am so thankful to the group that I have used so far. I’d like to specifically say that Lexi was a life saver. I had a work meeting and was running super behind. She had already agreed to take Remi for the day, but she really went above and beyond to help so that I was able to get to my meeting on time. Thank you so much! 😊 ❤️🐕🦺

Thank you, Andy, for taking the time to share this! It's clear Wag! has been a good fit for walks and daycare alike in the few weeks you've been using it, especially with a high-energy lab pup like Remi to keep up with. We're glad the specialty profiles have helped you find the right Caregivers for what Remi needs—matching her with someone equipped for her energy is what good pet care should look like. It also sounds like Lexi really came through for you when your schedule got tight—be sure to add her to your Preferred Caregivers (tap the heart on her profile) for easy rebooking! We look forward to continuing to support you and Remi!

I have the most amazing dog walker. I have 2 3year old pugs and they adore Keveon. Keveon truly cares about my babies and puts my mind at ease knowing when I can’t be there for them Keveon is.

Thank you for your kind review, Audrey! We love hearing about the rapport Keveon has built with you and your pugs—someone who clearly cares about them deeply and gives you peace of mind when you can't be there yourself. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pups!
