I feel very comfortable with having the walkers from Wag in our home. They take care of our dogs like they are their own and share real time updates.

Thank you so much!
I used Wag! when I went out of town for three days. For the most part everything went super well: our walker had great communication, told us about our dog's habits while we were gone, and sent pictures of her. However, while we were away, the app stopped working and my profile showed that we did not have any current services. I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue in a timely manner.

I have booked 2 walks. Both walkers have been fantastic. I was using the website (my preferred) but cannot function all options and was told those were available on the app. Added the app, the icon is on my screen so I know I have it. I open the app, go to use a function and the app tells me to download the app to access that function. Deleting the App and reinstalling it fixed the issue.

Really great service. Dog walkers are always nice and on time. Treat your animals with respect, as I can see on my home cameras. The app needs to be adjusted. Never saves information when you move locations, always have you reinput every walk.

Wag hooked us up with a great dog sitter! I’m not sure if I had the latest version of the app but sometimes i couldn’t send message to the sitter. We got around this by trading cell numbers for text messages.

Your device may also need to be updated to the most recent version of Android or Apple iOS. Since the Wag! App is designed to run on the most recent versions of these operating systems, please make sure your device is updated accordingly. To avoid last minute updates when opening the app, we recommend that automatic updates are enabled through your app store.
Would like better communication letting me know a walker has been desinated via text.
