Virtual Realty Assistants VRAVirtual Realty Assistants (VRA) matches real estate agents, title & escrow companies, mortgage lenders, restaurants, and small businesses with dedicated virtual assistants — trained specifically on the tools you use, from MLS and KW Command to DocuSign and dotloop. Every VA completes a mandatory 28-day training program before touching client work, and only the top 1% of applicants make it through. Flat-rate pricing means no tiers or upcharges, and if a VA isn't the right fit, we'll match you with someone new at no extra cost — no trial window, no fine print. VRA has its roots as a Keller Williams-centric company and has since expanded beyond real estate to serve title & escrow, mortgage lending, restaurants, and general business owners. VRA is built on a simple belief system — God, Family, Business — and gives back with every placement through a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Partnering with my VRA has done so much more than save me time, it’s given me back my energy. Having someone who truly gets my needs, speaks up when needed, and stays one step ahead is a total game changer. I’m so thankful for my VRA and can’t recommend them enough!

Paperwork processing, systems creation, and implementation have always been a struggle for me — to the point that I seriously considered leaving the real estate industry, which I'm extremely passionate about, just to avoid the stress. VRA was an answer to my prayers. I shared my concerns with Michael Bossart, and he assured me he would find the right person for me. He and Melissa assisted me through interviews with three VAs, and two of them truly impressed me with their level of English, their professionalism, and their professional backgrounds. Isuda ended up being the perfect match for me. Three years later, I couldn't be more thankful to have her in my life. Not only have we established an effective system, but we consistently implement it. For the past three years, I've never missed a prospect follow-up, and I've never forgotten to ask a client for a review. My communication with all parties has been impeccable in every single transaction. My stress level has dropped tremendously — to the point that real estate is now, for me, the pure pleasure of taking care of my clients, preparing their homes for the market, negotiating deals, and exploring the most creative forms of marketing… knowing they will be executed at the highest level. Isuda is so much more than a VA. She's my right hand in every aspect of my business. She brings and implements new ideas, strategies, and so much more every day. She oversees my business expenses, strategies, and tools, and proactively proposes new approaches and tools that can improve my business. Indeed, she's the best business partner I could ever have prayed for. Tanja Blandini

Tanja, thank you for such a heartfelt review — "answer to my prayers" is exactly the kind of transformation we hope every match can create. It means a lot to hear that the process itself worked as intended too: taking the time with Michael and Melissa to find the right fit through those interviews, rather than rushing it, is what let Isuda become the partner she has for you. Three years without a missed follow-up and impeccable communication across every transaction doesn't happen by accident — that reflects real trust and a real system working together. What stands out most is that Isuda isn't just executing tasks, she's thinking ahead on strategy and expenses too. That's the kind of partnership we build VRA around, and we're glad it's helped you fall back in love with the parts of real estate that drew you to it in the first place. Thank you for sharing your story, and for trusting us with such an important part of your business. - The VRA Team
Melissa has been such a blessing in my life! My VA has shaped how my business runs. She’s the one responding as me to my 300 plus emails a day. My calendar is meticulously organized for efficiency based on the times I work best. She keeps me on track on my schedule and holds me accountable to doing the important tasks I don’t always love to do. The tasks that run my systems are happening consistently in the background and this frees me up to focus on higher impact tasks that move my business forward.

Michael, thank you for sharing this — it means a lot coming from someone who knows firsthand what it takes to build a great VA partnership, both as the founder of VRA and as a client yourself. It's great to hear how much of a difference Melissa has made in keeping your day-to-day running smoothly, from managing your inbox and calendar to holding you accountable on the priorities that move your business forward. That kind of behind-the-scenes support is exactly what we strive to deliver for every client. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Melissa. Thank you for trusting VRA with your own business, too — it means a great deal. — The VRA Team
Josh is one of the most capable CRE assistants I’ve worked with. He executes with precision, manages deadlines flawlessly, and communicates clearly—no babysitting required. Whether it’s underwriting support, property research, or transaction coordination, Josh brings operational discipline and a strong work ethic that directly improves deal flow. A true asset to any brokerage team.

Sepideh, thank you so much for this — it genuinely made our day. Josh embodies exactly what we aim for with every VRA placement: precision, reliability, and the kind of clear communication that means you never have to wonder where things stand. It's especially rewarding to hear he's adding real value across underwriting support, property research, and transaction coordination — that range is a big part of why we invest so heavily in matching and training. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Josh directly. Thank you for trusting VRA with your team, and for taking the time to share this! The VRA Team
