Voyex HolidaysReviews of voyexholidays.com

My 3 other friends and I used this company to arrange our trip to Greece from 10/12-10/19. We each sent $1400 back in June and another $1290 in August. We couldn't understand why they were ignoring our calls. Another friend found the review about the stranded family, and that was enough for us. We have initiated complaints to numerous Law enforcement agencies. My bank said I may be able to get the $1290 back, but since the first installment was over 90 days ago, chances are slim that I will get that back. Beware

Update: no refund! No answer calls! Rebranded to voyenza travel! Also avoids calls! Alex or Faris are not being honest! Beware beware beware!

Voyex Holidays I guess deleted my previous review. They are scamners... They took $3200 and that doesn't include our upgrades. Canceled our trip abruptly and now we can't even get a refund. I have reported them and contacted a TV station to expose them. My bank shows the money I paid went to an individual who i called and he lied that he was a developer. How can a developer be involved with my travel money? They are going to be caught.. they deleted my review it could have saved you all..I posted it in July. Pure evil people!!

I just found out that Voyex Holidays cancelled our flight and hotel bookings! Be aware! They are scammers! Lets report them to FDACS and Attorney General in Florida!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUDSTERS!! Left our family without a vacation. Not based in Florida, based in Flushing NY. Does not book your trip. Leads you along with legitimate looking documentation. The good review are coming from the fraudsters, DO NOT USE GOOD REVIEWS!

Do not trust this company. Voyex Holidays Inc. is an absolute scam. We booked a full family package to Greece for 4 people from July 27 to August 4, 2026, and paid $5,600 in full. When we landed in Greece with our two young children, no one showed up to pick us up. We were left waiting at the airport for over 3 hours. We called the company and message dozens of times, and they completely ignored our calls. When we finally paid for a taxi to reach our hotel independently, the front desk shocked us by revealing that Voyex Holidays had actively CANCELED all of our room reservations weeks prior, on July 9, 2026. I was almost fainted and called other hotels which they provided me in the itinerary to confirm reservations and they all were canceled as well. They pocketed our $5,600, secretly wiped out our entire itinerary without telling us, and completely abandoned our family in a foreign country. We had to spend an additional $3,500 to $4000 out of pocket at the last minute at relatively high prices just to keep our children safe and get emergency shelter. We have initiated formal fraud disputes with credit cards and have filed official criminal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Florida Attorney General. Stay far away from this company unless you want your money stolen and your family left stranded!
