Very poor quality product
Very poor quality product, delivered damaged — hat smashed into an envelope. Customer service offered 40% refund to keep the product or send it back with no refund if it arrived damaged (but they created damage in the packaging). I decided to take the 40% refund and just move on. Instead they actually gave a 30% refund. So really it was just a hassle overall with scam products and no real customer service. The order also came across my credit card as a completelpely different company "name" as well — just letters and numbers — and they sent no email receipt. Which made it hard to contact them when the disappointment arrived. Avoid.
