The forms are badly designed, you are supposed to give address certificate in passport form, the website automatically take money from your account by default. The support only copy paste messages that are not helpful. Couldn't make it work

I've been trying to make a call since last Friday (three days ago), but I haven't been able to. I added credit to use the pay-as-you-go service, but even after multiple attempts, the call doesn't go through. Support recommended purchasing a virtual number to improve call quality (in other words, the pay-as-you-go service doesn't work). I'm still waiting for the virtual number, but nothing so far... I still can't make a call. It's unbelievable that in 2025, making a simple call is this difficult.
